Catopia will do everything possible to ensure your pet’s health during its stay.  Due to the nature of boarding, it is impossible to contain all pathogens and parasites.  Catopia will not be held responsible should your cat catch a cold or fleas. 

Should your cat require medical treatment, Catopia will first call you or your emergency contact.  If no response, then your veterinarian during clinic hours.  If after hours, Catopia will transport your cat to one of Salem’s emergency vets.  All expenses will be the cat owner’s responsibility at time of check out.
